About South Gulf Cove Florida
South Gulf Cove is a waterfront/boating community just off the western shore of Charlotte Harbor on the Cape Haze Peninsula. Approximately fifty five miles of wide and deep brackish water canals make South Gulf Cove a favorite among both large powerboat and sailboat home owners. The community boasts beautiful newer waterfront homes, parks, boat launches, a very large Interceptor Lagoon (great for fishing, boating, water skiing and jet skiing) and a remote controlled lock out to the harbor, which keeps the canals non-tidal.
South Gulf Cove is a deed restricted community with a voluntary home owner’s association. Beautiful Boca Grande beach is less than 20 minutes away and there are over 20 golf courses just minutes away.
